Refund Policy

Due to the specialist nature of our products, Resonance Research operates a limited returns policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research peptides and the strict storage and handling requirements involved, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition. We also cannot accept returns on correctly supplied items where the customer has simply changed their mind.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
